RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort
Western Construction Group (WCG) was proud to play a key role in the redevelopment of the RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort in Coral Bay, Western Australia. WCG were appointed to deliver the concrete structure for the Clubhouse and Reception building, WCG’s scope of works included the fabrication and installation of 60 precast concrete wall panels, along with 40 precast concrete columns and beams. The scope was completed with the pouring of approximately 1,300 m² of in-situ concrete decking and the construction of associated staircases, forming the finished concrete structure.
Arena Joondalup 50m Lap Pool Refurbishment
Western Construction Group (WCG) were engaged to deliver key structural works as part of the Arena Joondalup 50 m Lap Pool refurbishment, delivering high-quality structural concrete works that supported the successful upgrade of this major community facility.
WCG’s Scope of Works Included:

Groundworks and footings to facilitate underfloor pool piping

In-situ concrete pour for the pool floor slab

Supply and installation of over 300 linear meters of conventional formwork for pool wall construction

Pouring of the reinforced concrete perimeter pool walls
